Direct, evidence-scoped answers to common questions from security, privacy, legal, and procurement teams.
Can Telagento adapt to our enterprise requirements?
Yes. The agreed deployment boundary, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria are documented for the engagement.

Can Telagento support dedicated or partner-hosted deployments?
Yes. Telagento can scope and support customer-specific deployments when requirements extend beyond the standard environment, including approved partner-hosted infrastructure such as NearLinx. The selected services and architecture, data location, applicable assurance evidence, and responsibilities are confirmed for the agreed customer deployment boundary.
Where do Telagento-operated services run?

Our public register names the providers that may be used and explains the purpose of each service. Customers can review the applicable provider and data-processing terms during enterprise onboarding.
How are access and deletion requests handled?
For a verified GDPR or CCPA request, Telagento works with the customer responsible for the data. We can export covered call records and individual conversation transcripts, and delete covered conversation, call, transcript, and widget records from active Telagento-operated systems.
How can privacy questions be submitted?
Privacy questions and requests can be submitted to privacy@telagento.com. Additional contact information is available in the privacy policy.
How should a potential vulnerability be reported?
